Unit Turn / Make-Ready Technician – Day Shift

Full-Time | Apartment Community

We are looking for a hands-on Unit Turn / Make-Ready Technician for a stable, full-time position with 40 hours per week. This is not temporary or seasonal work.

This is primarily a painting and make-ready position. You will own the unit turn from start to finish, including:

Interior painting, drywall patching and wall preparation
Completing punch-list and handyman repairs
Basic appliance troubleshooting
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Testing fixtures, appliances, smoke/CO detectors and HVAC
Final cleaning and quality checks
Keeping vacant units on schedule and move-in ready

What We're Looking For

Residential painting experience required
Make-ready/apartment turn experience preferred
Basic handyman, plumbing and electrical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Valid driver's license
