Skills must include rodding, jetting, camera plumbing lines, hot water heaters, faucets, sinks, toilets, drywall, painting, doors, misc. Electrical experience a plus. We also provide a service van.

Job Overview

We are looking for a LICENSED Plumber who excels in plumbing tasks and also brings a broad range of handyman abilities to the table. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with plumbing systems, including rodding and jetting, and will be proficient in handling various maintenance tasks with expertise and care.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Services: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including tasks such as rodding and jetting.
Handyman Tasks: Handle a variety of general maintenance and repair jobs.
Emergency Response: Be available for after-hours and weekend emergencies on a rotational basis.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Also, communicate with office staff.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Experience: Plumbing LICENSE, Minimum of three years of professional plumbing experience, with significant expertise in rodding and jetting.
Skills: Competence in a variety of handyman tasks and general maintenance.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Excellent ability to work well within a team and independently.
Problem-Solving: Capability to follow directions and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision.
Pride in Work: Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Availability: Willingness to respond to emergency calls after normal business hours and on weekends.

Working Hours

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Emergency Availability: Must be available for on-call rotations during after-hours and weekends.

Compensation

Competitive hourly wages based on experience, commensurate with experience.
