What You'll Do

Own P&L health by forecasting, monitoring, and taking action to hit targets.
Standardize SOPs (safety, quality, Waybook) to ensure consistent, audit-ready performance.

Coach Location Managers with weekly one-on-ones and clear development plans.
Foster a culture of accountability and support. Your shops will have industry-leading retention.

Build local partnerships and represent Simard as a servant-leader in your markets.
Implement marketing and outreach initiatives that resonate with Alaskan communities.

Who You Are

Technical Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on, comprehensive auto-repair management-ASE certifications preferred.
Multi-Shop Operator: Proven success overseeing 3–7 locations independently.
People-Focused Leader: Energetic coach who elevates direct reports and their teams.
Self-Starter: Identifies opportunities, executes solutions, and holds yourself and others accountable.
Data-Driven: Comfortable with financials, KPIs, and scorecards to drive continuous improvement.
Community Builder: Passion for Alaska's communities and committed to local engagement.
Computer Literate: Strong competence in using computers and technology.
