Foundation Health Partners is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our highly experienced team at Tanana Valley Clinic, part of the largest and most comprehensive locally owned clinic in Alaska.Â

The Opportunity:
Join a family medicine clinic with more than 60 years of history serving the Fairbanks community. The clinic is part of a large multidisciplinary health system and provides care to patients across the full lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics. Our providers manage a broad range of acute concerns as well as ongoing chronic conditions. Practicing at our clinic within a rural health system allows physicians to maintain a broad scope of practice and take a more active role in managing complex patient care. The clinic environment is collaborative, with family medicine physicians and advanced practice providers working together to support the needs of the community.
- Compensation: $300k first year guarantee! Average annual total compensation with base pay and production between $350k-$400k. $65k sign-on bonus. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.
- Schedule: 32 patient hours and 8 admin hours per week. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
- Patient Panel: Diverse acuities and populations. 18 patients per day
- Team: Our clinic is comprised of physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs, pharmacist, virtual scribes, and a comprehensive administrative support staff.

Qualifications
Must apply for and maintain Medical Staff membership and clinical privileges at appropriate facilities if required by Physician’s employment agreement. The right candidate will have a commitment to quality healthcare, critical communication abilities, desire to work as a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to improve practices consistently.
