This includes monitoring clients, assisting with daily living tasks, facilitating recreational activities, and completing required documentation. The role plays a key part in fostering a supportive and positive residential environment that encourages client growth and achievement of treatment goals. Primary Responsibilities: Monitoring consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) Ensure client safety and program integrity for a secure environment.
