What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure
• CPR Certification
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• High personal integrity and professionalism
• A caring attitude and commitment to excellence in resident care

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the nursing team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to support growth and success
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment
• Ensure continuity of care and excellence in service delivery

Position Requirements

• Current RN license
• CPR Certification
• Participation in an on-call rotation
