Entry-Level Event Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our events and customer experience team. The Event Assistant will support the planning, promotion, and execution of events from start to finish while working closely with our events, marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Event Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and event support to ensure a positive attendee experience.
• Represent clients and brands professionally while helping increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Support event teams in achieving individual and team sales and performance goals.
• Provide customers with accurate, helpful, and comprehensive information about products, services, promotions, and events.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships through transparent, professional, and engaging communication.
• Work closely with management to understand client objectives, event requirements, and customer needs.
• Assist with the overall event aesthetic, layout, presentation, and setup.
• Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote events and attract new customers.
• Assist with event preparation, onsite coordination, customer interactions, and post-event activities.
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence while representing our clients and their brands.

Event Marketing Assistant Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, marketing, or events is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
