Registered Nurse Fellow (RN) Emergency

Great opportunity to join an outstanding team-oriented environment!  The Free-Standing Emergency Room in Fairfax City is looking for an experienced Nurse who is interested in transitioning to the ED specialty, to participate in our Fellowship program that starts May 11th, 2026. The position is for a full-time night shift role with rotating weekends and call requirement. Work address is: 4315 Chain Bridge Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030. Sign on Bonus and relocation for eligible Nurses.

ER Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.

• Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.

• Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes

• Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. 

• Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

• License: Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.

• Certification: BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required 

• Proficient in English. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Prefer (2) plus years critical care experience RN experience.
