Job DetailsJob Location: 631 - Fairfax Hilton - Fairfax, VA 22033The Hilton Fairfax is located in Northern Virginia's tree-lined Fair Lakes neighborhood and no more than a half-mile from various retail and dining. The hotel offers 316 well-appointed guest rooms with 9 bespoke meeting rooms and over 10,000 square feet of event spaces, the Hilton Fairfax is the perfect venue for any occasion.   The Hilton Fairfax is looking for a friendly and reliable Sales Coordinator to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Events operation. If you are organized, detailed oriented and have the spirit of hospitality, this may be your opportunity to make an impact with us.   Administrative duties to include but not limited to preparing reports, Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes Assist the Sales & Catering team with the preparation of contracts, proposals and addendums and track the completion status Support the Sales and Catering team with detailing groups and events Provide telephone and message support for the department and respond to inquiries in a timely, clear, and pleasant manner Enter group reservations and VIP guests and clients QualificationsHilton PEP experience highly preferred, at least one year of hotel experience required. Must have computer skills to effectively learn and use various standard software applications and hotel systems.
