Position Summary:
Support the Business and Sales Development of the US Division within BARE International.
Key Essential Duties
Proposal & Sales Support
- Generate and qualify sales leads in partnership with Business Development leadership.
- Assist with proposal creation in coordination with Marketing.
- Track submitted proposals and provide status updates to internal teams and management.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Prepare presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Support day-to-day administrative needs of the Business Development team.
Database & Systems Management
- Create, maintain, and update client databases, mailing lists, and sales pipelines.
- Learn and become proficient in BAREās internal CRM and business development tools.
Communication & Coordination
- Respond to incoming sales and general inquiries via email and phone in a timely, professional manner.
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, conferences, and internal planning sessions.
Customer Experience & Industry Knowledge
- Develop and maintain an understanding of customer/guest experience, market research, and mystery shopping.
- Research current and potential BARE service offerings for the US market to support lead generation and sales efforts.
Global Collaboration
- Communicate with Business Development teams in other BARE offices regarding global and multi-market projects.

Minimum QualificationsĀ Ā Ā Ā Ā

- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to optimize sales and operational processes.
- Bachelorās degree or some college coursework preferred.
- Positive, collaborative team attitude.
- Customer experience, market research, or mystery shopping experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Resourceful, creative problem solver.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to positively and successfully interact with audiences at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to present to different level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Willingness and ability to demonstrate a growth and learning mindset towards client initiatives and BAREās service offerings.
- Customer Experience Research/Mystery Shop Industry experience preferred.
- Ability to attend in-person workdays in CA or VA office(s) if requested.
