UTRS Advanced Manufacturing (UTRS AM) is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Lathe Operator to join our team! This position is responsible for keeping the lathe machines up and running during our 2nd shift. This position is located at 19 Just Rd in Fairfield, NJ 07004.

What will you be doing?

This position will be a key member of the Lathe Department. Duties include:

Operating CNC lathes (Doosan Lynx 220, LSYC, Haas TL1).
Perform in-process quality inspection
Basic shop responsibilities – cleaning machine at end of shift, organizing workstation.

What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful?

This position will require the following skillsets and experience:

1 - 3 years’ experience in CNC machining
Blueprint reading, GD&T
Basic bench-top inspection
Must be US Citizen
