JOB SUMMARY:
We are in search of a very detail oriented individual who can oversee our inventory schedule on a daily basis. This person will need to be super organized and be very flexible as inventories are performed every day and night. We need someone who can wear lots of hats as we are a small company. Our business is seasonal, however, inventories are performed with our customers 24/7, 365 days a year. During non- busy times, there is plenty of flexibility within the schedule to take time off, or have a more flexible schedule. This role would also sit up at the reception area and answer phones, file, pick up employees in the local area and drop them off with our fleet of cars/vans.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This person will oversee and coordinate employees by calling them for work and meeting crew requirements. The shift starts at midnight until 8 a.m. There is flexibility in the shift if we are not busy.
There will be times when this person will need to come in at odd hours to ensure crew gets out to jobs. This person will need a valid driver's license as they will be picking up crew and bringing them to our office or one of the stores we perform inventory at. As a small company we expect that every employee be available to perform on the job duties that may or may not fall directly within their area of direct responsibility.
NIGHTLY DUTIES:
- Work with team to ensure all jobs get worked and are crewed with the correct amount of auditors
- Assist with dispatching large crews of people during busy times
- Responsible for communication with clients as to crew availability and schedules for upcoming inventories
- Assist field personal as needed
- Pick up auditors as needed for jobs and bring to meetup sites & drop them to & from meetup sites.
- File field folders as needed
- Share responsibility on answering phones in office
- Prepare inventory equipment for auditors
- Ensure equipments, vehicles, ladders are all returned and document the conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work the night shift (midnight to 8 a.m.)
- Train for the first week in the office during the day shift
- Must have a valid Driver's license and pass a background check
- Must be able to multi-task
- Flexibility a must

- Ability to thrive in a high stress environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and weekends as needed during busy times
- MS office experience required (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
