Do you love working with a team and staying active? At Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, we’ve been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938. Now we’re looking for Direct Hire Pick and Pack to help us keep tails wagging!

Pay: $17.00/hour         

Location:  Fairfield, Ohio
Schedules Available:  1st Shift- Monday- Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (plus overtime) 

What You’ll Do

✔ Pick and pack customer orders using a scanner
✔ Build pallets and stage them for outbound shipments
✔ Keep safety first— teamwork encouraged

 What You Need

✅ Solid work experience picking orders a scanner, with strong job longevity — must have been at one employer at least 2 years
✅ Able to perform all warehouse duties, not afraid of heights, and able to lift            40+ pounds
✅ Reliable transportation to and from work
✅ Able to pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test
