As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand—answering questions, solving problems, and making a difference for our customers every day.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls
Provide outstanding service with a professional and positive attitude
Gather and document caller information
Resolve issues or escalate as needed
Support your team and help create a positive environment

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service or call center experience
Great phone presence and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Reliable attendance and flexible schedule (includes evenings & weekends)
A team player with a positive attitude
