About the Role:
Join Rainbow International of Cincinnati as a Restoration Supervisor, where you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to restoring homes and businesses after disasters. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of restoration projects, leading a team of 3-6 employees daily, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site assessments and develop detailed restoration plans.
- Lead and mentor a team of restoration technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all restoration activities.
- Manage project budgets and maintain accurate records of materials and labor costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and safety protocols preferred.Â

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
