- Basic knowledge in math (adding, subtracting, measurements, etc)
- Basic knowledge of maintenance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
- Academic Background
- High School Diploma/GED

- The starting hourly range for this position is between $20 - 22/hr depending on experience
- Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate

Responsibilities
- As a Polisher for Stone Systems, you are going to be responsible for operating polishing equipment to obtain the desired polish and luster on parts and products
- Polish material/parts to correct defects or to prepare surfaces for further finishing, using hand and power tools
- Apply pressure to polish, glaze, and buff while making sure dimensions stay the same
- Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing templates, measuring dimensions, and marking any defects for possible rework
- Ensure proper use of equipment
- Work in a collaborative environment by helping coworkers in other stations if needed
- Maintain a clean station
- Responsible for wearing all personal protective equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof gear, face mask, etc
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Other duties as assigned
