About the Role: As a Laser Assistant Operator, you will help Laser Operators with daily production tasks and the finishing of laser-cut products. This includes examining, sorting, grinding, moving, and preparing parts to support quality and production goals.

What You’ll Do:

Perform part dressing and grinding as needed
Remove material skeletons and finished parts
Verify product quantities and dimensions
Check that products are correctly tagged
Transfer parts to designated areas
Use pneumatic and power tools safely and efficiently
Sheet metal experience preferred
Fork truck experience a plus

What We’re Looking For:

A strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a production environment
Comfort using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools
Sheet metal experience preferred
Fork truck experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to meet the physical demands of business needs daily, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. multiple times a day

Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to withstand extended exposure to heat
