Job Title: Machine Operator (Entry-Level / Trainable)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator with basic machining experience to
support daily production operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on shop
experience who is willing to learn and grow into more advanced machining
responsibilities, including CNC operation and setup.

Key Responsibilities
 Operate production machines safely and efficiently
 Load and unload parts and materials
 Follow work instructions and job travelers
 Perform basic in-process inspections using calipers and gauges
 Deburr and clean parts as required
 Monitor machine operation and report issues to supervisor
 Maintain clean and organized work area
 Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
Required:
 Previous manufacturing or machining experience
 Ability to use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers preferred)
 Ability to read simple prints and follow instructions
 Basic math skills (including decimals and fractions)
 Strong work ethic and reliability
Preferred (but not required):
 Exposure to CNC machines (loading parts, offset adjustments, tool changes)
 Understanding of basic machine shop practices
 Experience working in a production environment

Physical Requirements
