Compensation:

• $34,000.00 to $41,000.00 - Experience-Based
• You Choose Hourly or Flat Rate
• Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time Position
• Mon-Fri 7 AM to 5 PM
• Alternating Saturdays 8 AM to 3 PM
• CLOSED ON SUNDAY

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, maintenance, tire services, inspections, and lubrications.
• Repair or replace brakes, coolant, belts, sway bar links, shocks, struts, and ball joints.
• Communicate needed repairs to Service Advisor.
• Treat teammates and customers with patience and respect.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Take direction and accept mentoring.
• Participate in training programs.
• Keep store clean.
• Promote workplace safety.
• Help maintain equipment and tools.
• Complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years practical experience preferred.
• 1-2 ASE Certifications preferred.
• Automotive technology course a plus.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
