Starting Pay: $20.68/hour
After 12 Months: Over $26.00/hour + annual increases
**Shift Differentials Available**
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Read blueprints and follow production schedules
Sort, load, and move materials using forklifts (for material handling roles)
Perform accurate assembly of machine parts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow quality and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Forklift experience is a plus (for material handlers)
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
