Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
