Weekly Working Hours: 40

Open and Process/distribute all mail
Inout Forms Requisitions into the system
Purchase business cards, rubber stamps, name plates, janitorial items, MICR branch specific items, office products, envelopes and any other orders
Receive stock items into the system and approve invoices
Reconcile monthly invoices for payment
Complete monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual certifications
Participates in semi-annual inventory
