As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of products by designing and executing tests, identifying issues, and collaborating with development teams.Â

Design and Implement TestsÂ
- Create test plans and scripts to ensure hardware meets specified standards and requirements.Â

Conduct TestingÂ
- Execute various types of testing, including functional, performance, security, and regression testing, to identify bugs and ensure product reliability.Â

Troubleshoot IssuesÂ
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot errors, and work with development teams to resolve issues effectively.Â

DocumentationÂ
- Create test plan and test procedure documents. Write detailed reports on test results, document defects, and maintain records of testing processes and outcomesÂ
 Â
CollaborationÂ
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product features and testing requirements.Â
 Â
Continuous ImprovementÂ
- Contribute to the development of testing methodologies and processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.Â
 Â
Work EnvironmentÂ
- Test Engineers typically work in an office setting or on the factory floor. Occasional short-term travel may be required.Â
 Â
What You’ll BringÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred. Military experience or other extensive test experience may be used in lieu of a degree.Â
 Â
What We ValueÂ
- Previous work experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role is preferred.Â
- Familiarity with testing equipment such DVM’s, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers. Â
- Ability to develop test systems. Â
- Experience with Voltech is a huge plus.Â
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to identify and address issues effectively.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and document findings.Â
