- Train, evaluate and cross train team members.
- Schedule, manage and assign daily work.
- Verify and reconcile formulas with current R&D product specifications.
- Enforce SOPs, GMPs and FIFO material handling rules.
- Reconcile and verify inventory charges using transaction journals, PFS reports, and PE documents.
- Ensure team members are properly executing IC procedures, and recording and verifying materials.
- Coordinate product movement and zone cleaning.
- Conduct safety and training meetings.
- Monitor and evaluate equipment operator skills and safe performance of duties.
- All other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience required, preferably within a similar working environment.
- Knowledge and previous experience with inventory software.
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work weekends.
