About the Role:

Save a Lot is looking for a friendly and motivated Part Time Customer Service Clerk to join our team in Williamsport, PA! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our store, delivering outstanding service to every customer who walks through our doors. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner throughout the store
Process customer transactions accurately at the checkout, including cash handling and card payments
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and efficiency
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment
Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policy
Support stocking, bagging, and general floor duties as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations

Requirements:

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Positive, customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn
