The Academic Specialist duties and responsibilities include: Correspond with upper management regarding the goals and objectives of the Academic Department Assist the Academic Manager with the company student sponsorship process as needed Create student badges and administer them accordingly Acting liaison between sponsorship partners, students, and Academic Management Help facilitate internal and external communications between multiple departments Other duties as assigned by the Academic Manager and the Vice President of Academics   This role requires the following qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience 2+ years of experience working as a program assistant in a relevant field preferred Experience completing one of CALRegional programs preferred Strong attention to detail, creative-thinking, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and works well with limited direction.
