Six-Figure Income Potential
Company Vehicle + Benefits
Disaster Specialists is hiring an experienced, people-oriented sales professional to grow our presence throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod.
This is a field sales position for someone who would rather be out meeting people than sitting behind a desk.
You'll spend your days developing relationships with property professionals, contractors, insurance professionals, and local businesses—and turning those relationships into long-term sources of business.
The goal is simple:
Become the person people know, trust, and call when they need a restoration company.
A Different Kind of Sales Career
Restoration isn't a one-call-close business.
The most successful people in our industry build networks.
A property manager might oversee dozens of buildings.
A plumber might encounter water losses every week.
An insurance professional may work with hundreds of property owners.
Your job is to develop those relationships before something goes wrong—so Disaster Specialists is already the trusted resource when it does.
That means the work you do today can continue creating opportunities months and years from now.
Who You'll Build Relationships With
You'll develop a professional network throughout the South Coast, Southeastern Massachusetts, and Cape Cod that includes:
- Property Managers
- Facility Managers
- Insurance Professionals
- Plumbers
- HVAC Companies
- Contractors
- Commercial Property Professionals
- Business Owners
- Community & Industry Partners
You'll prospect for new relationships while continuing to strengthen the accounts you've already developed.
What You'll Be Doing
This isn't an inside-sales position.
Most of your time will be spent in the market:
- Identifying and approaching new referral partners
- Conducting face-to-face business meetings
- Visiting and developing existing relationships
- Prospecting for commercial opportunities
- Attending networking and industry events
- Building visibility for Disaster Specialists throughout the territory
- Following up consistently with prospects and referral partners
- Managing your activity and pipeline through CRM
- Working with company leadership when opportunities turn into active business
You'll have support and structure, but you'll also have the independence expected from an outside sales professional.
What Success Looks Like
Success isn't measured by making one big sale.
It's measured by building a territory that consistently creates opportunities.
Over time, you'll develop:
- A strong network of professional referral partners
- Consistent face-to-face meetings
- New commercial relationships
- A healthy and growing pipeline
- Greater Disaster Specialists visibility throughout the market
- Referral partners who repeatedly call you when opportunities arise
- Increasing revenue—and increasing earning potential—as your territory matures
