We are searching for a talented Physical Therapist

Hours: Per Diem  

Shift:  Day shift

Location: Southcoast Business Center – Fairhaven, MA

Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Program Director, Rehab & Integrated Services and the Clinical Nurse Manager or designee, perform duties to support and in support of the VNA Rehabilitation Department. Provide Physical Therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patient�s capabilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current License in Physical Therapy in both MA & RI is required.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is required.
• One (1) year of experience is required.
• Current License in Physical Therapy in both MA & RI is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification is also required.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. 

   

• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
