Overview

At Artex, we help organizations manage risk and plan for the future. As a global leader in alternative risk solutions, we support more than 5,000 clients around the world with a team of 1,000 colleagues.

 

We're looking for an Analyst, Benefits Advisory to join our team. In this role, you'll help evaluate employee benefits solutions that are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant requirements. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to gather information, analyze data, and provide insights that support informed decisions.

How you'll make an impact

  • Request, organize, and analyze client data.
  • Serve as a key analytical contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Research benefits-related topics and summarize findings for account management teams.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for both internal and client use.
  • Maintain and update important client and team documents.
  • Review data for accuracy and identify trends, opportunities, and potential concerns.
  • Support the evaluation of benefits programs and solutions for clients and prospects.
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions so others can easily understand your work.
  • Help create a collaborative team environment built on integrity, respect, service, and accountability.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

 


About You

Required:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required
  • Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
  • Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.
