Forklift Operator and Order Picker

Description

Britton Lumber Company, a regional building materials wholesaler, has an immediate opening for a warehouse forklift operator and order picker at our Fairlee, VT location. This person will be responsible for picking orders, daily forklift inspection, loading and unloading of materials between warehouses and flatbed trailers, assistance in organization and cleaning of warehouse materials, and general yard and warehouse maintenance. 

The ideal candidate will have:

Forklift certification with at least 2 years of experience preferred.

A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team environment

Traditional overtime of time-and-a-half is paid based on a 40hr work week.

Wage depends on experience.
