We believe in developing our employees and providing opportunities for long-term career growth. Pilot Drivers Pilot Car Drivers MUST be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position. A Pilot Car Driver assists with the safe transportation of wide, oversized, heavy, and slow-moving loads and trucks to their destinations. Responsibilities may include: Following designated routes for oversized loads Following traffic control plans Maintaining required speed limits and distances Following curfews and other route restrictions Maintaining a safe distance between vehicles Communicating effectively with drivers and other personnel Promoting safe movement of oversized and slow-moving vehicles Schedule We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Full-Time Schedule Rotating schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off 12-hour shifts Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Applicants may indicate a preference for: Day Shift Night Shift Either Minimum Qualifications Applicants must: Be at least 21 years of age Possess a valid driver’s license Have a reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance Own a working smartphone Be comfortable using iPads, laptops, and communication applications Have strong communication and organizational skills Have excellent attention to detail Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening Be able to pass and comply with mandatory drug testing required as a condition of employment Certain felony and misdemeanor convictions may disqualify applicants due to licensing requirements under Pennsylvania law governing Private Investigator agencies. Drug testing is mandatory for LPS Services employees. Applicants must be able to successfully pass required drug testing to be considered for employment and must remain compliant with the company’s drug-testing requirements throughout employment.
