TIRE ROAD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Perform mounting, dismounting, and installation of commercial truck tires and tire/wheel assemblies with strong attention to safety and efficiency 

•Load and unload tires from service vehicles and delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization of inventory 

•Inspect, diagnose, and complete tire repairs, including patching and replacing damaged tires 

•Provide emergency roadside service to trucking customers, responding promptly and professionally in high-pressure situations 

•Maintain service equipment and vehicles, and follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

Requirements

•Standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; participation in a rotating on-call schedule is required to handle after-hours emergency service calls

•Prior experience in tire service, automotive, or heavy-duty truck maintenance

•Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy tires (up to 100lbs) and working in various weather conditions 

•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a service truck safely 

•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during roadside service calls 

•Commitment to safety, reliability, and delivering excellent customer service
