The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Window Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the expert on the front lines, transforming bathrooms for our customers with precision and care. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy working independently to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Install and replace windows, frames, and hardware.
• Remove old windows and prepare openings.
• Seal and insulate for proper fit and energy efficiency.
• Read work orders/blueprints and follow safety standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality and function.
• Provide professional service and maintain clean job sites.

• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Proven experience in bath remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Skills in minor plumbing, tile work, and using basic power tools.
• Excellent customer service skills and respect for customers' property.
• Ability to work independently and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Schedule: A stable, Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
• Training: Factory training and OSHA certification.
