We're looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment and guiding them through every step of their dental journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than "just a front desk job." We're looking for someone who wants to grow with our practice and become an important part of our long-term vision.

Responsibilities

  • Present treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
  • Verify dental insurance benefits prior to appointments.
  • Explain insurance coverage and estimated patient responsibility.
  • Answer patient questions regarding treatment, insurance, statements, and balances.
  • Assist patients with scheduling treatment and follow-up appointments.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment.
  • Coordinate referrals with specialists when necessary.
  • Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient records within Eaglesoft.

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office experience required
  • Treatment coordinating or financial coordinating experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefit interpretation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
