We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant who enjoys caring for patients, supporting the doctor, and working closely with the entire dental team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assistant or a recent graduate who wants more than “just a job.” We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with our practice, develop their clinical skills, and become an important part of our long-term vision.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and efficient chairside assistance.

  • Prepare treatment rooms and anticipate the doctor’s needs.

  • Assist with general, restorative, crown and bridge, surgical, implant, and removable procedures.

  • Take diagnostic-quality digital radiographs.

  • Perform intraoral scans and assist with laboratory cases.

  • Review postoperative instructions and help educate patients about their care.

  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation within Eaglesoft.

  • Follow proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.

  • Maintain organized operatories, instruments, equipment, and clinical supplies.

  • Assist with room turnover and support the clinical team throughout the day.

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and team members.

  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through consistently.

  • Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant registration or ability to obtain registration before beginning work

  • Tennessee dental radiology certification or ability to obtain certification

  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it before beginning work

  • Previous chairside dental assisting experience preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Familiarity with Eaglesoft is highly preferred

  • Experience with digital radiographs and intraoral scanning preferred

  • Coronal polishing or nitrous oxide monitoring certification preferred

  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Dependable, motivated, and willing to take initiative

  • Ability to accept feedback and continually improve

  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
