Description of Job:
• Sustain the photolithography and etch modules in the fab by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, addressing equipment issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom.
• Monitor the health of the production line by reviewing and responding to process trends using SPC.
• Determine root cause and corrective actions for process issues..
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance process control, yield, and cost reduction.
• Write and edit specifications/procedures
• Participate in training of colleagues.
Required Skills:
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Critical thinking and problem-solving working on complex problems in a high-volume production facility
• Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
• Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing
• Ability to learn new skills and easily adapt to change
• Familiarity with basic SPC terms, methods and concepts
Education:Â
 Required:  Highschool degree or GED
 Preferred:  2 or 4 year degree in a technical discipline

This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factorsÂ

Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
