In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Branch Manager to drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and make a meaningful impact in the community. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their leadership career in banking.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development:
- Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff
- Support training, performance management, and career development
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

Customer Experience & Relationship Building:
- Serve as the face of the branch, delivering outstanding service
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide financial solutions
- Build and deepen customer relationships

Business Development & Growth:
- Identify referral opportunities across banking, mortgage, and financial services
- Participate in community outreach and networking

Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Manager
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Monitor cash handling, security, and audit readiness

Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with leadership to meet branch performance goals
- Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement

What You Bring

- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience in banking, lending, or financial services
- Proven ability to meet goals and drive results
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- NMLS registration (or ability to obtain/maintain)

- Bilingual: Spanish/Portuguese a plus but not required
