Logistics Coordinator

Raw Seafoods is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to help keep our refrigerated freight moving safely, accurately, and on schedule.

In this role, you'll coordinate daily shipments, communicate with drivers and customers, monitor deliveries, and work closely with our warehouse and operations teams. You'll need to be organized, comfortable solving problems in real time, and able to stay calm when schedules change.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Assign and monitor loads, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or service issues.
• Serve as a key point of contact for drivers and customers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and outside carriers.
• Maintain accurate transportation and shipment records.
• Help resolve delivery discrepancies and transportation issues.

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain.
• Experience with a TMS, ERP, or similar system.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Experience with refrigerated transportation, food distribution, DOT requirements, or multiple delivery routes is preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
