About the role:Ā Ā

The Director of Community Based ServicesĀ is responsible forĀ the complete operations of all the community programs at their site.Ā Close attention and oversiteĀ to budgetaryĀ guidelines, recruiting, marketing, provision of clinical supervision and oversite of clinical interns are keyĀ objectivesĀ to closelyĀ monitor forĀ the success of the site.Ā Strong communicationĀ and leadership skills are core attributes the ideal candidate should have, along with the ability to multitask and organize multiple ongoingĀ initiates. The Director of Community Based Services must alsoĀ demonstrateĀ strong collaboration and relationship building skills with key members of leadership throughout the agency, including the Executive team. The Director of Community Based Services will report directly to the Executive Director of the Department.Ā

Essential Responsibilities:Ā
Ā
- Attends all Community Based Services related Regional Meetings, meetings withĀ MasshealthĀ MCEās, and System of Care Meetings with CBHI Wraparound area providersĀ
- Provide weekly clinical supervision for Community Services Direct Care staff (including interns) to ensure ongoing clinical excellence as required by insurance payers is occurringĀ
- Supports and create growth and development for Community Based servicesĀ
- OverseesĀ accurateĀ payroll and productivity requirements for site's staffĀ
- Collaborate with colleges/universities in providing interns to Community Services DepartmentĀ
- Coordinate with all insurance payers and fellow Community Service ManagementĀ
- Provide crisis support for all community-based services staffĀ
- Ensures ongoing training to all staff is occurringĀ
- Interview and hire all new Community Based Services staff for siteĀ
- Provides Ongoing Public Relations and Collaboration with outside agencies and services via meetings, phone/email correspondence, and direct mailings for continued growth programsĀ

Qualifications
- Current MA Licensure: LICSW or LMHCĀ
