Registered Nurse- Full Time - Adult Day Health

***$1000 Signing Bonus***

Family Service Association is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our incredible team at our Adult Day Health program. We have 1 full time (40 hours per week) position available at our Bridgeview ADH. The hourly range is $33 - $35  and the schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 

Our staff in the Adult Day Health program are dedicated to supporting our participants in building friendships, exploring new interests, and strengthen their ability to remain independent in the community. Joining our team means you will see the positive impact and sense of community our program has on our participants and their caregivers every day. Our staff work together to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants by providing hands-on skilled care in a structured, medical setting.
The Registered Nurse at our Adult Day Health program oversees the direct care provided by staff. The Registered Nurse works in partnership with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that promote social-emotional and physical health for our participants.

• Must be licensed by the Board of Registration to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in good standing
• Must have at least two (2) years recent experience in direct care of the elderly or chronically disabled persons. This does not need to be in an RN position. (e.g. LPN, CNA, HHA, Program Aide, etc.)
