What You'll Do:

• Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with technicians and service advisors to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of professional shop experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move tires and automotive equipment
• Massachusetts State Inspection License preferred
