The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of our office and warehouse locations. This role serves as a central point of contact for office-related needs, helping coordinate facilities, vendors, supplies, workspace setup, and employee support.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating an organized and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors alike. 

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate office and facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and general upkeep
  • Manage office supply inventory, equipment orders, and vendor relationships
  • Support office technology coordination, including phones, internet, security systems, and IT-related requests
  • Assist with employee workstation setup and onboarding preparation
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, office calendars, and administrative support activities
  • Manage mail, shipping, receiving, and office deliveries
  • Welcome visitors and help create a professional and positive office experience
  • Partner with leadership, warehouse teams, and field operations to support office and workspace needs
  • Track requests, follow up with vendors, and help ensure projects are completed on time
  • Provide general administrative and operational support across departments 
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, office coordination, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office systems
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed 
Education & Requirements
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while working at a computer
