The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of our office and warehouse locations. This role serves as a central point of contact for office-related needs, helping coordinate facilities, vendors, supplies, workspace setup, and employee support.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate office and facility maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and general upkeep
- Manage office supply inventory, equipment orders, and vendor relationships
- Support office technology coordination, including phones, internet, security systems, and IT-related requests
- Assist with employee workstation setup and onboarding preparation
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, office calendars, and administrative support activities
- Manage mail, shipping, receiving, and office deliveries
- Welcome visitors and help create a professional and positive office experience
- Partner with leadership, warehouse teams, and field operations to support office and workspace needs
- Track requests, follow up with vendors, and help ensure projects are completed on time
- Provide general administrative and operational support across departments
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, office coordination, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office systems
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through
- A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Education & Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while working at a computer
