VanDuzer Architects PC is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will address client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain an organized database of client interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure timely responses.
  • Educate clients about our architectural services and processes.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing project timelines for client meetings.
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on services provided.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks as needed to promote efficient office operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A passion for architecture and design is a plus.
