Operation Admin Coordinator Job Responsibilities –
The Operational Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to hospital departments. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating logistics, managing records, supporting departmental projects, and serving as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.
- Assists with departmental logistics including supply ordering, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination.
• Supports the planning and execution of departmental initiatives and special projects.
• Monitors and tracks operational workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.Â
• Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Â
• Coordinates communication between departments, vendors, and leadership.Â
• Responds to inquiries and resolves administrative or operational issues as needed.Â
• Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates logistics for special events as needed.Â
• Collects and enters data for operational reports and dashboards.Â
• Assists with budget tracking and invoice processing.
 • May perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications –Â

 Experience - 5 years of relevant office experience
