We’re looking for a creative, motivated individual who is passionate about fitness, sports, and storytelling to help elevate our brand and showcase the incredible work happening inside our facility.

We specialize in strength training, speed development, injury prevention, and return-to-sport performance. We’re looking for a creative, motivated individual who is passionate about fitness, sports, and storytelling to help elevate our brand and showcase the incredible work happening inside our facility.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photo and video content during training sessions, classes, and events.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, YouTube etc.).
- Assist with content planning and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Write captions that reflect the D1 Falls Church voice and brand.
- Work alongside the Director of Strength & Conditioning to execute marketing campaigns and promote programs, events, and community initiatives.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to increase engagement and grow our online presence.
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media (personal or professional).
- Comfortable filming in a fast-paced gym environment.
- Proficiency with video editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Interest in sports, fitness, or athletics is strongly preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Photography or videography experience.
- Graphic design experience.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
