Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable leader with experience in installation and carpentry that has a strong focus on detail and quality. The foreman is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and quality of all projects and must have the ability to organize jobs and workers for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Job Duties

  • Prepare for installations- Review paperwork and have the ability to interpret specifications, gather proper materials & tools based on job needs, load truck and perform truck maintenance
  • Lay out daily work for crew and monitor productivity to meet job schedule and ensure high quality of jobs
  • Work alongside installers which includes digging holes and installation of products
  • Comply with all documentation requirements- fill out all project related reports and forms, coordinate permits and digsafe requirements with Admin
  • Meet with Customers onsite to review and verify all aspects of the job before starting
  • Installation of company product up to company quality and safety standards
  • Identifying problems and finding acceptable solutions
  • Travel to different jobsites 
  • Train, coach and grooming laborers
  • Look for ways to improve safety, quality and productivity
  • Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in a supervisory role
  • 2-4 years installing and/or carpentry experience
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
