Front Office Staff
Keystone Pediatric Developmental Center
Monday – Friday | Full Time (40 hours/week) | No weekends or holidays

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping children receive the care that they need? Do you enjoy being part of a collaborative team in a busy practice? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Front Office Staff position at Keystone Pediatric Developmental Center (KPDC). KPDC provides comprehensive and individualized occupational therapy, speech therapy, and audiology services.

Candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, verifying insurance, updating demographics, collecting payments, and checking patients in and out. Must be willing to accept challenges in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Previous medical office setting experience, exceptional customer service skills including telephone etiquette, multi-tasking, tech savvy, and computer literate with typing skills is preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!
