Front Office Staff (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Keystone Pediatrics Developmental Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Staff member to join our team full-time.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and families, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of our busy pediatric practice. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, updating patient demographics, collecting payments, answering phone calls, and checking patients in and out.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, manages time effectively, and works well as part of a collaborative team. Previous medical office experience is preferred, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
