HIV Program Quality Coordinator

Keystone Community Health Services is seeking a full time HIV Program Quality Coordinator to join the team.

The HIV Program Quality Coordinator will be responsible for quality management and improvement activities for Keystone Ryan White program. Updates HIV quality management plan. Writes and updates policies and procedures. Participates in internal and external quality management committees as required by Keystone Health and funding agencies. Oversee and engage staff in initiatives . Collect, analyze and report on QI data to program staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: LPN or Bachelor’s degree in health related or social service field; Previous experience in developing and implementing a quality management program.  Ability to complete trainings and competencies as required.
