A REHAB DIRECTOR (Physical Therapist / PT) is is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Falmouth, MA.  $10,000.00 sign-on bonus paid out quarterly over 2 years!

Qualifications

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide physical therapy services as needed.
• Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Must have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Candidate must have one year of treatment experience.
